Refund Policy

Refunds are exclusively provided in cases where the building of the purchased store has not commenced on your hosting platform. Once the store has been installed on your host, along with the provision of comprehensive details, including supplier information and store login credentials, refunds will not be offered.

Refunds are only available if the building of the purchased store on Shopify has not commenced. Once the building process has initiated, refund requests will no longer be accommodated.
